Cameron Brink took the court as a featured member of USA’s Springfield team for this week’s FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series Springfield Stop.
Brink is must-see TV whenever she steps on the court, and she upheld that reputation with this week’s performance.
The 6-foot-4 Stanford grad protected the paint in a big way for her Springfield team, recording several highlight-reel blocks.
Brink also put in work on the offensive side.
Brink teamed up with Allisha Gray, Dearica Hamby and Linnae Harper for this week’s event. The Springfield team played its way into the semi-finals before ultimately falling to Canada.
“I just like how free flowing it is, there’s a lot of room for error,” Brink said of the 3v3 format earlier this week. “If you mess up, you just have to move on to the next possession immediately.”
Led by Hailey Van Lith, USA lost to Canada in the final with a 20-18 score.
Brink was selected by the Los Angeles Sparks with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft earlier this month.
