When Olivia made her entrance on stage, she wore a bright red top with a bold leopard pattern, paired with stylish leather pants. On the other hand, Jackie was dressed in a stunning white dress that flowed gracefully down her body, adorned with intricate sequin details. Soon after, the judges were full of praise and admiration for their performance.

The performance left judges and viewers in awe, cementing Romeo and Rubini as standout contenders in the competition.

“Jackie and Olivia, well done, it was wonderful,” said Reba McEntire.

John Legend added: “Dynamically, I loved the fact that you guys gave each other space as singers.”

Shay Mooney, one half of the musical duo Dan + Shay, added: “I can tell you really, really rehearsed that.”

“It was so cool, I loved your interaction with each other,” John added. In the end, he ended up choosing Jackie Romeo to advance in the competition.

Shortly after, Dan + Shay acted and stole Olivia, after her unfortunate defeat in the battle round. They said her “retro” character voice would complement and enhance the diversity of voices within their team, covering a wide range of styles and tones.

The duo said: “This is where you belong. Thanks for the gift John, we’re going to make you regret this decision.”
