UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: ‘The Voice’ Season 24 Live Top 12 Performances has begun and it’s already giving chills to the viewers. However, it appears that fans are dissatisfied with the show’s new format.

This season, fans have the opportunity to vote for only one artist to advance in the singing competition. Voting opens at the conclusion of the show on December 4 and closes at 4 am PT/7 am ET.

Fans expressed their frustration and criticized NBC and ‘The Voice’ for limiting their ability to save only one contestant during the Live Performance.

One viewer voiced their displeasure on X, stating, “I dislike the fact that we’re only allowed to vote for one person.”

Another asked, “We can only vote for ONE person? ONE. But I have like four favorites.” Another shocked fan tweeted, “ONLY ABLE TO VOTE FOR ONE ARTIST??? Oh my god.”

“How in the world am I expected to only vote for 1 person? That’s literally impossible this season,” claimed a fan.

A fan asked the streaming platform, “How are we supposed to be able to pick only one to vote for??! when the talent is insanely good, this is going to be nearly impossible.”

“I think it’s a crime that we can only vote for one person!!!” another dubbed it to be a crime.
